The rules
License
Buy a pack and the sounds are yours to make music with, forever, anywhere, with no cut of anything you earn. The short version is: use them in songs, don't sell them as sounds.
Applies to every MADZI pack, free and paid.
Yes
- Use the sounds in your own tracks, remixes, live sets, DJ edits, films, games and client work. Commercial or not.
- Release those tracks anywhere (Spotify, YouTube, labels, sync) and keep 100% of what they make. There are no royalties and nothing to report.
- Chop, pitch, stretch, resample, mangle and layer anything in the pack.
- Use the presets on any project, on as many machines as you personally use.
- Credit is never required. If you want to say where a sound came from, that is a kindness, not a condition.
No
- Don't sell, share, upload or give away the files themselves, as a pack, a folder, a Discord drop, a torrent, or a “free sample” post.
- Don't put the raw sounds into another sample pack, loop library, preset bank or drum kit, yours or anyone else's. Processing them does not change this.
- Don't register a track that is mostly an unaltered loop with Content ID or any rights database. That claims the sound against everyone else who bought it.
- Don't claim you made the raw material, and don't license the sounds onward to anyone else.
The legal shape of it
Buying a pack gives you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide, perpetual license to use the audio, presets and MIDI inside your own productions. MADZI keeps ownership of the underlying recordings and preset designs. The license is granted to you, one person or one company, and it cannot be passed on, sublicensed or sold with a business.
Break the “No” list and the license ends. Everything you released before that, in good faith, stays fine.
Free packs
Exactly the same terms. Free means you paid nothing, not that the files are public property.
Refunds
These are digital files that cannot be handed back, so completed downloads are not normally refundable. That is a policy, not a wall: if a file is broken, if you were charged twice, or if you bought the wrong thing and have not downloaded it, email madzimusic@hotmail.com and it will be sorted out.

If you are about to do something and cannot tell which list it belongs on, ask first: madzimusic@hotmail.com. The answer is usually yes.
