Privacy

• Your email address, when you buy something or unlock the free packs. Free packs wait for a one-time link sent to that inbox. The address is used to deliver files and to find your order if you lose the links.
• The order itself: which pack, which option, the amount, the date, and any discount code used.
• Download records: which of your files were fetched and when, so a broken delivery can be spotted and fixed.
• Shop stats, counted on this server as you use the shop: the pages you open, how long you stay, which packs you click, which previews you play (their id, their place in the list, and how long you listened), a two-letter country code for the connection, and whether anyone is on the site right now. Never an IP address, never a precise location, never your name. A tab-only id is sent with those counts so one visit is not mistaken for five; it is not stored in a cookie. Press Accept all and a visit cookie also remembers this browser across days. This is so the shop owner can see what people listen to and what to fix. It is not for ads and it is not sold.

Card numbers. Payment is handled by Stripe, on this page, inside their own secure field. The card details go straight to Stripe and are never seen by, or stored on, this server. Stripe keeps a record of the payment under their privacy policy.

Pages, previews, clicks, time on a page, country and "visitors now" are counted without a visit cookie. There is no extra file written to your browser for that. Only necessary keeps the shop working (the free-pack cookie, and Twitch on /live if you connect) and skips the visit cookie. Accept all adds that cookie so return visits can be counted as the same browser.

Country comes from the host: two letters, never an IP, never your address. If the host does not send it, nothing is stored for country.

Raw events are kept for 90 days, then deleted. After that there is no leftover row that still has a visit id. The visit cookie, if you accepted it, lasts 180 days, or until you press Only necessary, or until you ask for deletion.

• A sign-in cookie is only for me, running the shop. You will never have it.
• A cookie remembers that you unlocked the free packs after you confirm the link, so you are not asked for your email twice.
• A cookie is set when you connect Twitch on /live, so you stay connected there. Disconnect removes it. If you never connect Twitch, you never have it.
• madzi_stats remembers Accept all or Only necessary. Cookies in the footer opens that choice again.
• madzi_visit is an anonymous visit id. It is only set after you press Accept all. It is not a login.
• Your cart lives in your own browser's local storage. It never reaches the server until you check out.
• There are no Google Analytics, Vercel Analytics, PostHog or other third-party analytics scripts on this site. No ad pixels, no session recordings, nothing that follows you onto other sites. Stats stay on this shop, first-party. The visit cookie is the only optional stats cookie, and only if you pressed Accept all.

Checkout email is for your receipt and downloads. If you type an address and leave without paying, I may send one reminder about that order. Unlocking the free packs puts you on my list: a reminder that the zips are still there, and later a listen link to the current pack. Those messages have a one-click unsubscribe.

There is no MADZI account. Connecting Twitch on /live stores your Twitch id, login and display name, and a token used only to see whether you subscribe to this channel and how many current gifted subs you have.

A submission is the SoundCloud link you send, the name you put on it, and the ticket weight at that moment.

A flip appears on the flips page if you leave the public box on, the episode is published, and the track is played. Turn the box off and it stays on the stream. A flips-from-a-name page is their public tracks, not an account.

Only the services this shop runs on: the host, the database, the file storage that holds the packs, the email provider, Stripe, and Twitch if you connect on /live. First-party shop stats live in that same database and host. None of them are given your information for their own use, and it is never sold or traded.

Email madzimusic@hotmail.com and ask. Your address, order history, any Twitch id or submissions stored here, and analytics for your visit cookie will be removed. Financial records Stripe is legally required to keep will stay with Stripe. Deleting your record also deletes your download links, so grab your files first. Disconnect on /live stops new submits from that browser. Only necessary on the cookie bar removes the visit cookie; the cookieless counts continue. Ask by email to stop being in the numbers.
