madzisounds.com is run by MADZI. Everything sold here is a digital download: audio, presets and MIDI files. Nothing is shipped.

• Every price on this site is in US dollars and shown as the full amount you pay.
• Where a struck-through price appears, it is the regular price of that exact item and the sale is genuinely running. When a sale ends, the regular price goes back to being the price.
• Payment is taken by Stripe. No account is needed to buy, and your card details never reach this site.
• Discount codes apply to whatever they say they apply to. If a code is expired, used up or not valid for what is in your cart, the site will say so and leave your total alone.

Your files appear on the confirmation page the moment payment clears, and the same links are emailed to you. Links are signed and expire after 72 hours. Download the files and keep them somewhere safe. If a link has died, use the Lost your links? form, or email and it will be re-sent. Orders placed on the old Wix shop are not in this system — email and I will send those files by hand.

Digital files cannot be returned, so downloads are not normally refundable. Broken file, double charge, or bought the wrong thing and not downloaded it? Email and it gets fixed. See the license for the full wording.

Redistributing the files, reselling them, or putting them in another sample pack ends your license. The license page lists this properly. Don't attack, scrape or try to break into the site either; that one should go without saying.

The free packs are given away on the same license as the paid ones. They may be changed or taken down at any time. The unlock link is one-shot. Confirming Unlock adds your address to MADZI's list; those messages have a one-click unsubscribe.

These terms can change; the version on this page at the time of your order is the one that applies to it. Nothing here removes rights you have under consumer law where you live.
